MEASURES OF THE THICKNESS OF COATINGS FOR USE IN GRADUATION AND CALIBRATION OF MAGNETIC THICKNESS GAUGES

摘要

Experimental investigations into the development and production of stepped measures of the thickness of coatings of copper on steel with a nickel underlay are described. The meteorological characteristics of already manufactured thickness measures of coatings are presented along with the step patterns and error chart of a magnetic thickness gauge. A thickness gauge produced at the Institute is investigated using a bank of thickness measures for coatings.
