摘要

Acceptor doped ABO_3 perovskites have received considerable attention as high temperature proton conductors with potential applications in solid oxide fuel cells, water/hydrogen sensors, steam electrolysis, catalysis and synthesis of ammonia electrochemically at intermediate-temperature. However, most attention has focused on A~(2+)B~(4+)O_3 perovkites, such as ACeO_3 (A=Sr, Ba) and AZrO_3 (A=Ca, Sr). There have also been a few studies on proton conductivity in A~(3+)B~(3+)O_3-based perovskite compounds, e.g. LaAlO_3-based ones.
