摘要

Solid electrolyte Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_4)_3 was synthesized by both sol-gel technique and solid-state reaction. Phase identification and surface morphology of the products were carried out by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Ionic conductivity of the pellets was investigated through AC impedance and the electrochemical window was determined by cyclic voltammetry. The results show that lithium-ion conductivity of the sintered pellet prepared by sol-gel technique is higher than that of the pellet synthesized through solid-state reaction and the electrochemical window for the sol-gel derived Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_4)_3 is beyond 2.4 V.
