Two mothers with seven children between them became the first ever all female crew to participate in the Round Britain Offshore Power Boat Race, and the first to complete the event held late last month. Experienced yachtswomen Sarah Fraser and Miranda Knowles were testing both their physical and mental stamina in one of 48 boats battling their way around Britain on the eight leg, ten day endurance race which covers over 1,300 nautical miles in potentially very difficult seas.
