Walcon completes marina projects

Walcon Marine recently completed two major projects in the UK, at Poole and Woolverstone respectively. The Port of Poole Marina is a new development devised by Poole Harbour Commissioners that makes use of the site of a disused Ro-Ro ferry terminal. The vacant space has been cleared and dredged, and now contains a marina designed and built by Walcon capable of hosting up to 65 berths for boats of between 10m and 15m in length, as well as RIBs and jet skis. Walcon designed the facility to have four main piers, together with a fixed bridge to an existing dolphin and an articulated ramp going down to the berths.
