Several contracts Boskalis

Boskalis has been awarded three contracts by the IJsseldelta Room for the River project, Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farm and Jurong Town Corporation. The first contract was awarded by the Dutch Department of Public Works and the province of Overijssel. In the IJsseldelta Room for the River programme the summer bed of the Lower IJssel will be lowered along a length of 7.5 kilometres. For the project a conjunction with Van Hattum and Blankevoort was created, the Isala Delta construction consortium. The project is scheduled to be finished by the end of 2019. For Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farm, owned by Norwegian Statoil and Statkraft, the VSMC joint venture of Boskalis and VolkerWessels, will perform two 1,100-metre horizontal directional drillings at the landfall in 2015, followed by the installation of two 42-kilometre export cables in 2016. Next to this, the joint venture will also design, supply, install, terminate and test 67 infield cables.
