The company designs and produces propellers, shafts, stern tubes, gearboxes, pitch control units and thrusters for a wide range of vessels around the world. Its products include: CP propellers from 100 - 3500kW. The Hundested Multi Pitch propellers are controllable pitch units in sizes up to 4m, with or without bolted-on blades. Almost all are grease-lubricated with no or very little consumption, eliminating the risk of oil leaks from the hubs. CP gearboxes from 100 - 3500kW. The reduction gearboxes have built-in pitch control and can have up to three PTOs. Pitch control units Tunnel thrusters from 180 - 2000kW; both controllable pitch and fixed pitch thrusters, all designed for heavy use Retractable swing thrusters from 18.4 -350kW. These fixed pitch units are manufactured in aluminium or steel with electrical or hydraulically activat-edhile retraction mechanism.
