摘要

With the high-speed rising economy and the rapid urbanization, a large number of tourist resort hotels increased very fast, therefore, the fierce hospitality industry competition was heating up. However, some hotels located in remote area had the brain drain problems which restricted its development. This paper, taking Lugu Lake Holiday Hotel as an example, analyzed its brain drain problems and accordingly put forwards some measures, so as to provide useful ideas for these hotels.
