ABF parent ArcBest joins crowd in LTL 'space-based' pricing

The parent of the nation's 7th-largest less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier is joining most of the major players in the $36 billion sector by introducing what it calls "space-based pricing"-what many in the industry call "dimensional" or "dim-weight" pricing.
