Evolving YourrnOwn Life

Much of the software I’ve covered through the years in this column has beenrnfocused on engineering, chemistry or physics. However, there is a growingrnnumber of software packages that are being written to apply computationalrnresources to problems in biology. So in this article, I’m looking at onernparticular package for biology named Biogenesis. Biogenesis provides arnplatform where you can create entire ecosystems of lifeforms and see howrnthey interact and how the system as a whole evolves over time.
