CLASSROOM OF THE FUTURE: TEACHING IN A MEDIA-RICH ENVIRONMENT

In considering learning environments, the design and structure of a classroom are among the most important elements, as expectations change about the potential of its set-up and changing roles of teachers and enhanced expectations by students. This article describes the classroom in a primary school; however, much of the model can be applied to different venues of secondary schools and higher education. Challenges exist in all these environments to create the most appropriate learning situation.
