Report of the Nigeria Education Trust Fund ICT Capacity Building Programme

The ETF training is such an educative and skillful programme that is designed to build manpower. Nevertheless the participants' turn out is not encouraging. This could be due to reluctance from the institution in providing fund for the accommodation of their participants or delay in getting the training information. I therefore recommend that the institution that ought to participate in such training in the future should encourage their personnel by providing the needed fund. Similarly, the training should also be hands-on or a practical type. Finally staff being sent for any training should be those who need such training for their daily operational work.
