Leadership development has never been easy. Applying consistent, thoughtful approaches is necessary now more than ever. But with the incessant demands on our time and attention it may now be more difficult than it was even a few years ago. John Baldoni believes leaders must take the time to clearly and purposefully think about their work and their life. The proper blend of thought and action gives us a measure of control over our destiny. Yet business pressures too often mean there is little time for advance thinking, which can lead to shoddy results.
