摘要

A physical metallurgical model was developed to predict microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of C-Mn steel plate during controlled rolling and controlled cooling process. The model consists of four modules: Reheating, Recrystallization, Phase Transformation and Mechanical Properties. The metallurgical phenomena occurring during controlled rolling and controlled cooling process were considered respectively. Based on the present model, microstructure processes such as recrystallization, grain growth and phase transformation, were predicted for different process parameters. The mechanical properties of the medium plate such as tensile strength yield strength were also evaluated on the basis of the calculated microstructure and transformation temperature. The predictions of the model are in good agreement with measurements.
