This paper is a report of the investigation conducted in order to discuss individual difference based on the ability to understand the street patterns from the view point of a real time sight behavior and cognitive map. An experiment was done in one grid shaped street and one irregularly twisted street. There were two ways to memorize forms in the experiment: a real walk through the pathway or a CG animation presented walk through the same pathway. After memorizing the course, the subject walked the pathway by himself.
