A simple model of social group with a leader

We study a model of binary opinion formation in a group of individuals distributed within 2D circle with a strongly influential leader in the middle. Below critical values of the system parameters bistability can be observed i.e. a stable cluster around the leader or unification are possible; this leads to the hysteresis phenomena. Crossing the critical values, a transition between "cluster phase" and "unification phase" occurs.
