摘要

DE requires a structured interface of people, technology, and pro cess, which can be effectively implemented from a project manage ment perspective. According to Ally et al. (2010), there are three areas of project management that are critical for successful collabo rative DE projects and that summarize the framework presented in this paper: scope management, time management, and quality man agement. Scope management pertains to defining and managing the work required to implement the DE program and requires that the purpose and end result of the DE effort is well defined and agreed upon by all parties involved. Time management involves estimating the amount of time required to complete tasks to avoid the delayed launch of the DE program, which can affect the learning progress of students.
