EDITORIAL

摘要

The featured research articles of this issue of Journal of Organizational Behavior Management (JOBM) contain two more studies on behavioral approaches to safety to add to our extensive literature in the area. Matthew A. Taylor and Alicia M. Alvero report on an office simulation where they ask if training associated with conducting safety observations serve as only observation skills acquisition or if it may also impact the observers' own safety-related behaviors. In the second article, Thomas R. Cunningham and E. Scott Geller offer a comprehensive assessment method to help managers follow up on medical errors that may impact patient safety.
