Southern New England's Future Thirst -- An Approach to Sustainability

In order to ensure that we can sustain the current rate of developmental growth, we must prepare now for the basic needs of the citizens of Southern New England. The plan proposed, herein, would encourage interstate cooperation without federalization of the project. This plan would expand the extant examples of Quabbin, Wachusett, Barkhamsted, Cobble Mountain, and Scituate Reservoirs as templates for its service expansion.
