摘要

The hydrogenation of carbon dioxide was studied over various composite catalysts comprised of Fe-Zn-M(M=Cr, Al, Ga, Zr) and HY zeolite. The mechanism of iso-butane formation was the combination of the methanol synthesis and the methanol-to-gasoline (MTG) reaction. The results show that Light olefins are important intermediates for iso-butane formation. Under the Reaction conditions: H_2/CO_2=3,5 Mpa 360℃, 3 000 mL.g~-1(cat.).h~-1, over Fe-Zn-Zr/HY composite catalyst, iso-butane was the main product in Hydrocarbons with a selectivity high to 38/100 and a yield of 3.0/100(C-mol), Which are the best results we have gotten so far. Fe-Zn-Zr/HY composite Catalyst is confirmed to be efficient for the high selective formation of iso- butane, which is an intermediate in methyl-tert-butyl ether (MTBE) synthesis.
