摘要

The performance of a Ni/Al_2O_3 catalyst for the oxidation of methane to syngas has been investigated in a fixed bed flow reactor. The effects of temperature in catalyst bed, reactor pressure, space velocity and CH_4/O_2 ratio on carbon deposition over the catalyst were examined. The Results revealed that the rate of carbon deposition decreased with the increase Of catalyst bed temperature and increased when the bed temperature decreased, Especially, the rate could be accelerated at temperatures below 700℃. The carbon deposition always occurred on the catalyst located in the down stream Region of the bed during reaction.
