Certains vertiges périphériques ne relèvent sans doute pas d'une atteinte des structures neuro-sensorielles mais plutôt des structures secrétoires et peuvent être appelés "endolymphatiques". Ils méritent d'être individualisés car relevant de mécanismes pathogéniques différents et appelant sans doute une prise en charge différente. Il faut espérer que dans les prochaines années de nouveaux moyens d'investigation permettront d'explorer de façon non invasive le contenu endolymphatique et donner corps à cette entité.%Certain peripheral vertigos undoubtedly do not raise from neurosensorial structures but rather of the secretory structures and can be called "endolymphatic". They deserve to be individualized because concerning different pathogenic mechanisms and certainly are relevant for a specific treatment. We hope that in the next years new investigation tools will allow to explore in a noninvasive way the endolymphatic contents and disfunctions of these structures.
