Mind the gap: a study of women and working culture

Marine Ponchut, Equality and Diversity Affairs Manager at Keolis, carried out a study in which she examined how subtle gender inequalities are reproduced in the professional sphere. She found that breaking down and examining an organisation's working culture can allow us to determine what causes gender exclusion and what we can do to solve the issue.
