摘要

In order to study the contact stress of the coating system, the wavelet finite element method was applied in depth. The mathematical model of the contact analysis for the coating system was established. The wavelet finite contact element was constructed through using daubechies wavelet scale function as interpolating function. And then the shear stress and normal stress of the interface between the coating and the substrate were studied when the value of Pe changed and the designing scheme of the coating varied respectively. The effect of the value of Pe and the component of the coating on the contact stress of the interface between the coating and the substrate was analyzed. By calculating the stress distribution of the interface between the coating and the substrate, the wavelet finite element method showed advantages for analyzing high gradient problems.
