摘要

The real-time character is highly required in generating the scenes in virtual reality. It will be sharply reduced when with large amount of scene models. So we require the appropriate algorithm to improve this problem. LOD (Level on Detail) technology and paged scheduling technology (PagedLOD) are the two effective generated graphics acceleration methods. How to make an effective combination of these two technologies to generate virtual scenes with high real-time character is what this paper mainly about. We call this method "Paged Level of Detail of Method (PLDM)", by which we got good experiment results. It improves the rendering frame rate of the simulation system.
