Supply Chain Network Design Based on Brand Differentiation and Resilient Management

摘要

Resilient management problem in a positive supply chain network design based on brand differentiation is studied. A system supply framework is established, integration of multi-sourcing/pre-warning cost/ manufacturing cost with brand differentiation/losses cost of shortage/ordering cost of transportation/ resilient members selection. Then we put forward supply chain resilient management methods, combining general model of supply chain network design, establishing a competitive multi-sourcing resilient network with brand differentiation. According to the failure of various distributors business, we make use of resilient framework with multiple-source supply. Finally, a simulation application is made with different system reliabilities, so as to inspect their influence to the target function, resilient framework and competitive manufacturers.
