摘要

As the developing of electric power communication network, it needs high security in order to provide reliable service for power communication services. In order to detect, analyze and reckon the potential risk in electric power communication network, we propose an effective way to assess the risk with artificial neural networks in this paper. There mainly have three parts: Firstly, we integrate subjective and objective indexes into establishing the evaluation index system for supporting risk assessment model. Secondly, risk assessment model is constructed with adaptive T-S Fuzzy Radial Basis Function network. And then we train the relationship between risk value and evaluation indexes to assess risk level with risk assessment model. Finally, risk assessment model is verified in the simulation and we use risk value to make policy for avoiding potential risk.
