In an attempt to bring our members new and improved business services, Transpire, Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary of NAHRO, is revamping one of it primary programs to be more accessible to Transpire partners and NAHRO members.rnThe purpose of Access Alliance is to assist local agencies who are members of NAHRO and other local agencies in their efforts to expand the nation's supply of residential housing that is affordable to families of low and moderaternincome, and to revitalize neighborhoods through development, acquisition and preservation of viable, affordable housing and community improvements, including commercial and mixed residential/commercial developments.
