摘要

The key to the successful operation of an environmental protection engineering (Engineering Procurement Construction, EPC) project is to select the project contractor scientifically and reasonably. In view of the problems existing with regard to the traditional bid evaluation methods, such as insufficient information completeness, strong subjectivity and incomplete evaluation index system, based on the existing literature research and combined with the characteristics of an environmental protection engineering EPC project, the project contractor selection index system, including qualification and reputation, financing and financial ability, technical ability and comprehensive management ability, is established. A contractor selection evaluation model is established to avoid the subjective weighting of indicators according to the entropy-VIKOR algorithm. Finally, the rationality and feasibility of this method are verified by an example that aims to provide a reference for selecting high-quality EPC project contractors.
