PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM OF ENVIRONMENT RESPONSIBILITY UNDER CLOUD SERVICE ARCHITECTURE BASED ON DATA MINING

摘要

The environmental responsibility of local governments is an important part of our government administrative functions. However, due to the lack of corresponding evaluation index system and standards, there is a lack of evaluation and consideration methods for the environmental responsibility of local governments in China. Therefore, on the basis of explaining the influencing factors of the construction of the performance evaluation index system of local government environmental responsibility, this paper initially establishes a relatively complete and reasonable performance evaluation index system of local government environmental responsibility based on panel regressive data model. The reliability test and validity test are used to test the performance evaluation index system of local government environmental responsibility. Finally, it is concluded that the performance evaluation index system of local government environmental responsibility has high reliability and feasibility compared with the tradition model.
