摘要

Cleaner production has been considered to be an important means for effective pollution control and leads to a win-win situation of improving economic and environmental benefits. As an effective means, the synergy of stakeholders can take advantage of all the capabilities, resources, risk-sharing, having the strategic importance to the implementation of cleaner production. This paper aimed at establishing synergy model for analysing the collaboration between construction project stakeholders for cleaner production implementation by using synergy theory and emergency principle in two different cases, so as to provide the theoretical basis for study of cleaner production. On the basis of reasonable parameter assumptions, the collaborative model is calculated and concluded to obtain the impact of project organisational coordination on the project profit and effort level of various stakeholders for cleaner production. Finally, using theoretical and numerical analysis, the results show that collaboration in implementation of cleaner production for projects organisation is necessary selection in both cases.
