Sharp Proposes MPC Display Systems to Optimize Displays

Although many emerging develop ments have been progressed for display devices, the present standards for display development and broadcasting systems are still based on the conditions of CRT technologies 50 years ago. Sharp produced AQUOS Quattron, which is free from old-days standards, into commercial markets and proposed to optimize display devices for the goal of achieving 'ideal display.' MPC display systems can achieve not only wide color gamut and accurate reproduction but also further benefits. Additional one more color is a small step for primaries but a giant leap for display devices.
