Climate Economics: The State of the Art by Frank Ackerman and Elizabeth Stanton is an extension of a consulting report written for the World Wildlife Fund. Unfortunately, the book reads like an advocacy document for action to substantially reduce greenhouse gas emissions as quickly as possible, irrespective of costs, rather than a book assessing the state of the art of the contribution of economics to the climate debate.
