摘要

Informed public policy eschews strict disciplinary boundaries, and practical policy decisions could be improved by insights from multiple perspectives. But better informed policy and improved decision making are not likely to result if the people from different disciplines and perspectives persist in talking past each other. In Invisible Hands, Invisible Objectives, legal scholar Stephen F. Befort and industrial relations scholar, and economist, John W. Budd come together to confront just such a situation regarding workplace law and public policy.
