摘要

This article is an extension on my literature review of student evaluation of teaching that appeared in the last issue, 9(3), of the Journal of Culinary Science and Technology. The method used in this study was one that afforded students a format by which to provide in depth commentary on their experience as students and, as compared to the more narrow limited versions presented in the last issue, to get a more robust insight into great teaching and now to assess it.
