Editor's Introduction

摘要

As every editor knows, the many working parts of a journal can be difficult for a newcomer to master without the cooperation and patience of the previous editor. I am grateful to JCT's former managing editor Shawn Harmsen for expertly guiding me through the process and ensuring a smooth transition. His year of service to the journal was a great success and he oversaw many of the articles in this issue through the peer-review process and their subsequent acceptance for publication.
