摘要

We studied the structure and mechanical properties of the Nb-3 wt.%Si alloy, resulting by electron beam zone recrystallization. It is shown that a change in the velocity of the molten zone from 1 to 4 mm/min, the dispersivity of the structural components increased. Hardness at room temperature and short-term strength in bending tests at room temperature and at temperatures from 1150 to 1400℃ were measured.
