Repeatability coefficients of variation for the determination of alcohol ranged from 0.1 to 0.3% and were judged acceptable. The repeatability coefficients of variation for original extract were 0.1% for all sample pairs and were judged acceptable. Reproducibility coefficients of variation for the determination of alcohol ranged from 1.0 to 1.2% and were judged acceptable. Reproducibility coefficients of variation for the determination of original extract were 0.5% for all sample pairs and were judged acceptable.
