An Efficient Route for the Synthesis of Aluminum Nitride/Graphene Nanohybrids

摘要

A facile method for the synthesis of aluminum nitride/graphene (AIN/GE) nanohybrids by a urea route was demonstrated. The structures, morphologies, and microstructures of the hybrids were examined by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, and transmission electron microscope. Results showed that the content of GE played an important role in the phase composition and could even affect the morphology of AIN/GE nanohybrids. The c -AIN nanoparticles occured at high amount of graphene. In addition, the introduction of GE into the AIN/ GE hybrids suppressed the aggregation of AIN nanoparticles. Furthermore, the formation mechanism of AIN/GE nanohybrids was proposed.
