Josh Elliot is a Booz Allen Senior Associate and leader within the firm's civil transportation market. He has over 14 years of strategy and management consulting experience in both public and private sectors, with an emphasis on helping executive-level decision makers translate business objectives into specific technology strategies, initiatives, and solutions that optimize business capability and value. He leads both business development and client delivery activities, including leading Booz Allen teams in areas such as enterprise architecture, agile solutions development, cloud computing, telecommunications, and security and privacy.
