I would like to personally con-gratulate Patrick Ky on being selected as ATCA's 2013 Glen A. Gilbert winner. Patrick joins a distinctive list of past recipients, and deservedly so. With more than 21 years in civil aviation and experience at the French Civil Aviation Authority and the European Commission, he leads Europe's air traffic management modernization program.
