市街地の不燃建替えの可能性

摘要

1．　はじめに地震火災被害の低減のためにいかなる都市計画的戦略をとればよいかを議論する際の理解フレームを建設するため、石見・青木1,2）は「野中の二軒屋モデル」を構築した。このモデルは2人の個人の不燃化に関する意思決定行動を、延焼被害という外部性を有している前提でモデル化し、不燃化補助金制度の可能性を議論したものである。本論は、このモデルを改良し、一般化することで、不燃化促進の可能性を理論的に検証しようとするものである。%When one owner of the wooden building reconstructs to the fireproof building, the expectation of the profit of the owner is theoretically obtained, and the possibility condition of reconstruction is shown.
