Both First Win and First Win-E are 4×4 vehicles based on a load-bearing Vee-shaped hull. Cummins engines and Allison transmissions are used in both versions, with the First Win having a 300hp engine as opposed to the First Win-E's 250hp. Whereas First Win has a leaf spring suspension with shock absorbers, the reconnaissance version has fully independent suspension for high-speed, high-mobility operations. Power can be supplied to all four wheels, or can be selected for two-wheel drive with a differential lock.
