Defence official says US begins to trail China in key dual-use technologies

The United States is lagging behind China in a number of "game-changing" dual-use technologies, according to Michael Brown, director of the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) at the US Department of Defense (DoD), on 29 October. The DIU works with the commercial sector to find solutions to defence problems.
