American Engineering Acquires Gannett Fleming's Charlotte Operations

American Engineering Associates in Southeast, PA, USA (American Engineering) and Gannett Fleming, Inc., have signed a definitive agreement through which American Engineering has acquired the assets of Gannett Fleming's Charlotte, NC, USA operation. Through the acquisition, American Engineering adds an engineering operation which started in Charlotte in 1990. Over its 23-year history, Gannett Fleming's Charlotte office has established itself as one of the premier infrastructure design firms in the Carolinas. As part of the agreement, American Engineering adds the assets, staff, and projects of Gannett Fleming's Charlotte office.
