For more than 20 years, artist and filmmaker Doug Aitken has created multifaceted collaborative works that shed light on the environmental and social cost of contemporary civilization. His exhibition, Doug Aitken: Electric Earth, is a major mid-career survey on view through January 15,2017, at The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles.
