The ABCs of IBM i Secondary Languages, Part 1: Secondary Language Foundation

Many companies have implemented a globalization strategy for their IBM i systems, and such a strategy is increasingly becoming a requirement for other businesses. A globalization strategy for IBM i systems includes presenting applications that produce data (e.g., 5250 screens, reports) in users' native language(s). For many years, IBM has helped address businesses' requirements for globalization of their computer systems by offering National Language Version (NLV) support for i5/OS.
