At the Intermodal South America fair the Port of Barcelona will present itself as the gateway to Europe and Mediterranean distribution hub. Members of its executive management team will also take part in a Trade Mission that is being organised by the Brazil Catalonia Chamber of Commerce; it is scheduled to visit Sao Paulo and the state of Bahia. The Port of Barcelona will be represented at Intermodal South America 2020, Latin America's top regional logistics, freight and foreign trade event, which is being held in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo from 17-19 March. Its delegation includes Merce Conesa, President of the Port of Barcelona; Emili Alberich, head of the President's Office and Institutional Relations; Manuel Galan, Head of External Relations; Lluis Paris, commercial manager; Carles Mayol, sales manager; and Hugo Lejtman, the Port's Delegate to South America.
