Naturec AG was established in April 2009 by the Dillier Holding and Axpo Neue Energie. Dillier acquired Axpo's shareholding at the beginning of May this year. Despite the financial separation, the operative partnership is still in place. Naturec continues to supply Axpo with waste wood that is suitable for burning. Dillier AG was founded as a haulage enterprise in Sarnen in 1840.
