This issue concludes the five years of existence of the International Journal of Secure Software Engineering (IJSSE). Since its inception in 2009, IJSSE has showcased a number of special issues along with regular issues. The lineup of papers published so far suggests that IJSSE has been quite successful in attracting a sizeable number of papers with good standing. Some notable researchers in the field have been interested in this journal, and eventually submitted their manuscripts to IJSSE. This is quite encouraging.
